Saudi Arabia-based cybersecurity startup Solidrange has raised $2.4 million in a seed funding round led by Sharaka Capital, with participation from Sadu Capital, SEEDRA Ventures, and Tali Ventures, the investment arm of stc. The funding marks an important milestone for the Riyadh-based company as it scales its AI-driven cybersecurity and governance solutions across the region.
Founded in 2023, Solidrange focuses on AI-powered Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) automation alongside cybersecurity awareness platforms designed to help organisations strengthen resilience against evolving cyber threats. The company plans to use the investment to accelerate regional expansion, advance product development, and deepen artificial intelligence integration across its platforms.
Solidrange’s solutions are positioned to support growing demand for locally developed, regulation-ready cybersecurity technologies in Saudi Arabia, where cyber resilience has become a strategic priority under Vision 2030. The company currently serves more than 50 enterprise customers, including government entities and publicly listed organisations, reflecting increasing adoption of automation-driven compliance and human risk management tools.
Its flagship platforms include EasyCompliance, a GRC automation system that streamlines governance and audit processes while improving transparency and operational efficiency, and Awareness10, an AI-powered cybersecurity awareness platform that combines interactive training with phishing simulations to identify and reduce human-driven security risks.
Investors noted that the company addresses critical challenges faced by enterprises in governance, compliance, and cybersecurity awareness, positioning it to play a growing role in Saudi Arabia’s expanding cybersecurity ecosystem. Solidrange aims to strengthen institutional readiness and simplify compliance processes while enabling organisations to respond more effectively to increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
