RIYADH — US-based cybersecurity company ExtraHop has announced its expansion into Saudi Arabia, strengthening its presence in the Middle East as demand rises for advanced network security solutions amid accelerating digital transformation across the region.
The Seattle-headquartered firm specialises in network detection and response (NDR) technology, enabling organisations to identify and respond to security and performance threats in real time. The expansion follows continued international growth for ExtraHop, including increased customer adoption across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
ExtraHop said it has gained traction in sectors such as government, financial services, and transportation, supported by a channel-driven go-to-market strategy and partnerships with regional technology providers. The company reported nearly 50% growth in net new customers year-on-year, reflecting increasing enterprise focus on securing digital infrastructure and maintaining operational resilience.
The Saudi expansion will allow ExtraHop to serve large enterprises and critical infrastructure operators more directly through localised technical resources and enhanced partner support. The move aligns with the Kingdom’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives, where cybersecurity is becoming a core requirement as organisations expand cloud adoption, data-driven services, and connected infrastructure.
ExtraHop’s market entry is being facilitated by AstroLabs, which supports international technology companies establishing operations in the Gulf region. The collaboration aims to help accelerate market access while strengthening cybersecurity capabilities for organisations undergoing large-scale digital modernization efforts aligned with Vision 2030 objectives.
