The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has rolled out a new “PTA Digital Assistant” aimed at improving support and accessibility for telecom users across the country. The initiative is designed to provide consumers with quick guidance on telecom services, complaint registration procedures, and other regulatory information.

The digital assistant operates through WhatsApp and is available at 0315-0055055. It features a menu-driven system that responds to user-selected commands, ensuring prompt and efficient interaction. According to PTA, the move reflects its commitment to digital innovation and enhanced consumer facilitation.

The service can be accessed via WhatsApp as well as through an online link and QR code provided by the authority.
