BENEFIT has introduced a Digital Direct Debit service through its BenefitPay app and “Fawateer” platform, offering instant activation of mandates without manual processing. The service modernizes recurring payments, enhances security, reduces fraud, and improves operational efficiency for businesses while supporting paperless, sustainable transactions.
The API-based solution integrates billing and invoicing systems with customer apps, enabling automated reconciliation, ERP integration, and ISO 20022-compliant accounting processes. It provides customers flexibility in managing mandates and supports smarter, connected payment infrastructures. BENEFIT’s launch aligns with the Central Bank of Bahrain’s strategy to position the Kingdom as a leading hub for digital payments and FinTech innovation.
