The Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SPARK) has entered into a strategic partnership with Nokia Solutions and Networks AE to supercharge the UAE’s innovation ecosystem. Signed during SPARK’s annual Ramadan Majlis in the presence of H.H. Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focuses on bridging the gap between global expertise and local talent.
The collaboration centers on four key pillars: knowledge exchange, global networking, specialized masterclasses, and the development of high-impact capacity-building programs. A standout feature of the agreement is the “Tech Matchmaker” platform, designed to connect innovators and solution providers with industry stakeholders to accelerate scalable technology. By leveraging Nokia’s global network infrastructure expertise, SPARK aims to provide a structured framework for talent development, ensuring that Sharjah remains a leading hub for research and technological advancement in the Middle East.
