Hayo has expanded its presence in East Africa by launching voice, messaging, and digital solutions in Rwanda, targeting enterprises, service providers, and government entities with platforms including IoT, eSIM, National Mobile Registry (NMR), and international voice services.
The move strengthens Hayo’s footprint in one of Africa’s fastest-growing digital economies, following recent expansions in Senegal and earlier rollouts across Botswana, Liberia, and Malawi. The company also plans to onboard local talent and collaborate closely with Rwandan businesses to drive localized innovation.
Rwanda’s digital adoption has accelerated significantly, with internet usage rising from 8% in 2012 to 34.2% in 2023. Hayo aims to build on this momentum by delivering tailored solutions across mobile, GovTech, cloud, and IoT, aligning with the country’s vision for a connected and innovation-driven economy.
The launch also builds on Hayo’s recent product developments, including its white-label eSIM platform for mobile operators and an enhanced NMR platform with fraud and mobile theft protection, supporting regulatory control and public safety.
Hayo expands into Rwanda with voice, messaging, IoT, and eSIM solutions, aiming to accelerate digital adoption, support government and enterprise innovation, and strengthen Africa’s rapidly growing digital economy.
