With the newly acquired license, Zain KSA will be able to offer its digital authentication services to both government and private sector clients. This ensures secure and legitimate digital transactions, powered by cutting-edge technology and integrated with key government systems to preserve data integrity and confidentiality.
Zain KSA’s digital authentication services will comply with both local and global legal regulations and security standards, and will be securely stored on a cloud-based platform. The announcement of the license was made during the 19th United Nations Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Riyadh, where global experts gathered to discuss policy recommendations for advancing Internet governance, urging collective action among governments, the private sector, and civil society.
