In a strategic move to expand its service offerings and enhance customer convenience, Oman Investment and Finance Company (OIFC) Khedmah has entered into a bill collection partnership with Oman Future Telecommunications (Vodafone Oman). The agreement was officially signed by Mr. Said bin Ahmed Safar, CEO of OIFC, and Eng. Badr bin Saud Al-Zidi, CEO of Vodafone Oman.
This collaboration allows Vodafone Oman customers to effortlessly manage and pay their prepaid and postpaid bills securely through Khedmah’s user-friendly mobile app, website, or its widespread branch network.
Mr. Saud bin Ahmed Al Siyabi, COO of OIFC Khedmah, expressed excitement about the partnership, emphasizing the mutual commitment of both companies to simplify the bill payment and recharge processes. “This partnership highlights the trust Khedmah has established in bill collection and our extensive customer service expertise. It solidifies our position as a leader in digital billing and collections,” he stated.
Khedmah’s dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction is evident in its continuous development of digital solutions that cater to the diverse needs of customers across Oman. With over four decades of experience, Khedmah has pioneered billing and collections in the country, offering a centralized platform for customers to pay bills for utilities such as electricity, water, telecommunications, internet, traffic fines, and more. The platform reduces the time and effort required for managing these services and operates through 61 branches and self-service kiosks strategically located across the Sultanate.
In addition to these services, Khedmah also offers a range of digital channels, including its mobile app, website, and the Khedmah Pay e-wallet. Recently, Khedmah expanded its digital portfolio with the launch of Khedmah Delivery, a food ordering and delivery app, further enhancing the customer experience and digital transformation in Oman.
