StartUp Bahrain has signed a strategic partnership with Brinc to offer startups in Bahrain and the MENA region access to Brinc’s world-class acceleration programs. The partnership aims to foster innovation, support the growth and expansion of Bahraini startups, and position Bahrain as a leading hub for entrepreneurship in the region.
StartUp Bahrain, supported by Tamkeen, Bahrain’s Labor Fund, is a platform dedicated to supporting startups in the Kingdom, while Brinc is a global venture accelerator known for scaling startups. Together, they will provide local startups with tools, funding, and access to a global network of mentors and industry experts. The collaboration aims to strengthen the local startup ecosystem by offering opportunities for startups to scale, access global markets, and succeed both regionally and internationally.
Maryam Malik, Project Manager at StartUp Bahrain, emphasized that the partnership will reinforce Bahrain’s position as a regional innovation hub. Hussain Haji, Regional Head of Corporate Innovation at Brinc, highlighted that combining Brinc’s global expertise with StartUp Bahrain’s local knowledge will create a powerful platform for startups to thrive.
