MetLife Bangladesh has launched its mobile app, One by MetLife (formerly 360Health), across all three major platforms—iOS, Android, and Web—making it accessible to a broader audience. With over 1.3 million downloads, the app provides essential health and financial protection services to users via smartphones, tablets, and computers.
The app offers a range of features, including Free Tele-doctor consultations, Online Medicine Delivery, Specialist Doctor Appointment Booking, and Health Assessments (e.g., BMI, Diabetes Risk). Users can also access personalized health awareness tools and financial planning resources to analyze and prioritize their financial protection needs.
With the app’s availability on multiple platforms, millions of Bangladeshis—many of whom now have internet access—can easily take advantage of its resources. This accessibility is particularly important as the country faces challenges with the rising prevalence of critical illnesses and chronic diseases, along with increasing healthcare costs.
Sanjeev Kapur, Chief Marketing Officer for MetLife Asia, expressed pride in expanding the app’s reach to help individuals take control of their health and financial well-being. MetLife Bangladesh CEO Ala Ahmad reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting the economy and the insurance sector with innovative, technology-driven solutions that aim to improve the quality of life for people in Bangladesh. MetLife provides services to over 1 million individual customers and 900 corporate clients in the country.
