Dialog Axiata and Meta Complete Successful “AI for Network” Trial to Enhance QoE

Dialog Axiata has successfully completed an “AI for Network” trial in collaboration with Meta, marking a significant step forward in enhancing network optimization and improving Quality of Experience (QoE) using artificial intelligence. The trial, conducted over the past two months, demonstrated AI’s potential to revolutionize telecommunications infrastructure and improve connectivity for millions of users.

The collaboration used Meta’s Llama AI models to analyze and optimize Dialog’s network, focusing on improving call quality, ensuring seamless video delivery, and enhancing overall user experiences. The trial’s results highlight significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, with AI-driven insights providing a pathway for future network optimization.

Looking ahead, Dialog Axiata plans to deploy the AI-powered solution nationwide starting in March, further solidifying its commitment to innovation and leading the transformation of telecommunications in Sri Lanka.
