Vodafone Oman Launches First Business Hub to Empower Enterprises and SMEs

Vodafone Oman has inaugurated its first-ever Business Hub at Active Oman, marking a significant milestone in the company’s mission to reshape business connectivity in the Sultanate. This move builds on the momentum from Vodafone’s successful entry into the enterprise segment in 2024, offering SMEs and corporates access to tailored telecom solutions and value-added services under one roof.

The Business Hub serves as a physical extension of Vodafone Oman’s connected tech-telco ecosystem, designed to simplify the way businesses engage with their telecom partner. From onboarding and consultations to services and support, the Hub combines digital convenience with in-person expertise, helping businesses navigate their growth with greater clarity, speed, and confidence.

Eng. Mohammed Al Alawi, Head of Enterprise at Vodafone Oman, highlighted the evolving expectations of businesses in the country. “Today’s companies, especially SMEs, want more than just connectivity; they seek simplicity, speed, and partners who understand their needs. The Business Hub ensures we continue to support our customers’ growth every step of the way.”

The new Hub brings Vodafone’s full portfolio of enterprise services together, offering solutions ranging from advanced connectivity and mobility to cybersecurity and IoT. Business customers can explore services such as BLACK for Business postpaid plans, Makani Internet, MaxImpact Messaging for bulk campaigns, Mobile Private Networks (MPN), and tailored ERP and IoT solutions—all designed to scale with growing business needs.

Beyond just a customer touchpoint, the Business Hub integrates government-related services for business customers, including SANAD service counters, enabling customers to complete essential administrative tasks in one location. Vodafone has also partnered with organizations such as the Oman Automobile Association, Action Point, and Strike Padel to provide exclusive experiences, fostering collaboration and innovation. These partnerships offer business customers a range of limited-time offers and curated activations, adding value from day one.
