CIB Launches Upgraded Internet Banking Platform to Enhance Customer Experience

Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) has launched an upgraded version of its internet banking platform, enabling customers to securely manage their accounts and perform transactions directly through a web browser, without needing to download the app. This upgrade aligns with CIB’s commitment to digital innovation and financial inclusion.

The new platform features a sleek, modern interface, offering seamless navigation and easy access to a broad range of banking services, including instant account opening, bill payments, credit card instalment plans, loan and credit card applications, and investment fund transactions. Customers can also manage their accounts, update contact information, request checkbooks, and more.

Rashwan Hammady, CEO of Retail Banking, SMEs, and Financial Inclusion at CIB, emphasized the platform’s role in enhancing digital banking experiences and supporting financial inclusion. He highlighted that the platform’s launch is a significant step in CIB’s ongoing digital transformation journey, aimed at meeting the evolving needs of its customers with innovative solutions.
