Fawry Partners with Truecaller to Enhance Customer Communication and Security

Fawry, an Egyptian fintech company, has teamed up with Truecaller, the global leader in caller ID and spam blocking, to offer its customers a more secure and transparent calling experience. This partnership aims to streamline communication and increase customer engagement by enabling instant recognition of incoming calls.

Through Truecaller’s customer experience solutions, Fawry now displays verified branding elements—such as its name, logo, and badge—in both English and Arabic, enhancing credibility and trust for customers across regional and international markets. The collaboration also leverages Truecaller’s Call Reason feature, personalized in Arabic, to provide real-time context for calls before they are answered.

This added transparency helps customers feel more informed and secure, whether they are receiving a payment reminder, loan approval update, or exclusive offer. Additionally, Fawry is utilizing Truecaller’s Business Profile feature to share verified business information, including brand elements, social media links, and curated imagery, further bolstering customer trust and engagement.
