e& Enterprise, in collaboration with cloud platform provider Infobip, has launched a new customer engagement product aimed at businesses and the public sector in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The Customer Engagement Hub combines the strengths of both companies, integrating Infobip’s data systems and chatbot-building capabilities with e& Enterprise’s existing engageX range. This new hub is designed for businesses of all sizes and enables them to deliver personalized marketing and information based on key customer data, such as interests and activities.
In addition to enhancing customer experience, the platform aims to boost operational efficiency by centralizing data management, analysis, and optimization. It also offers seamless access to various communication channels from a single platform.
Zeid Shubailat, Director at Infobip, emphasized the importance of customer experience in today’s competitive environment, while Ahmed Abdi Omer, VP of Customer Experience at e& Enterprise, stated that businesses need systems that not only offer insights into customer needs but also ensure seamless engagement across preferred channels.
