Lulwa Sami, Director of Communications & Marketing at the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), highlighted the launch of an awareness stand designed to engage citizens and residents. The platform supports iGA’s mission to promote integrated eServices and channels, offering guidance on how to use these digital services effectively.
The stand also serves as a direct communication point to collect user feedback aimed at enhancing digital services, projects, and overall user experience.
Lulwa noted that the awareness stand features the MyGov app and the newly upgraded eKey 2.0, both accessible via the eGovernment app store at bahrain.bh/apps. Additionally, visitors are introduced to the 13th eGovernment Excellence Award 2025, with detailed information on award categories, participation criteria, and evaluation processes, with special emphasis on the Citizen Awards sub-categories.
She encouraged citizens and residents to visit the iGA’s awareness stand at Marassi Galleria and stay connected through the official social media channels @igabahrain for ongoing updates.
