Under the esteemed patronage of His Excellency Ali Bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, the Bahrain Technology Companies Society (BTECH), in strategic partnership with the World Summit Awards (WSA), will host the prestigious Bahrain Digital Content Award (BDC Award) this June.
This landmark initiative underscores the growing strategic importance of Bahrain’s digital content sector and its vital role in driving sustainable digital transformation across the Kingdom.
Mr. Ahmed Ateyatalla Alhujairi, Chairman of the Digital Content Awards, emphasized that the award highlights the sector’s pivotal contribution to innovation, economic growth, and national development. He noted that fostering a culture of digital entrepreneurship is key to advancing Bahrain’s Vision 2030 strategic goals.
Mr. Tareq Fakhroo, Chairman of BTECH, expressed gratitude for the support, highlighting the award as a crucial platform for startups, private companies, government bodies, and academic institutions to showcase their digital content innovations. The 2025 edition aims to expand participants’ reach locally, regionally, and internationally while fostering partnerships and innovation.
