Zain KSA announced that its Board of Directors has officially appointed Eng. Saad bin Abdulrahman AlSadhan as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. Eng. AlSadhan has been serving as Acting CEO since August 2024 and brings over 22 years of experience in telecommunications and IT.
Before his appointment as CEO, he was Chief Business and Wholesale Officer at Zain KSA, where he led growth in the B2B sector and positioned the company’s portfolio to support Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation under Vision 2030. He also played a pivotal role in launching Zain Cloud, advancing digital solutions across public and private sectors, and integrating 5G technologies into innovative telecom and cloud services.
Eng. AlSadhan strengthened Zain KSA’s business and wholesale operations, fostering strategic partnerships with government entities and global technology firms to accelerate technology adoption and localization. Since joining Zain KSA in 2016, he has focused on building integrated business services and digital ecosystems that empower enterprises and government bodies to enhance competitiveness and adapt to evolving market demands.
His leadership is expected to further drive Zain KSA’s strategic objectives in building a fully integrated digital economy and sustaining the company’s market leadership in Saudi Arabia.
