UAE-based Azizi Developments has significantly expanded its direct procurement strategy in 2025, signing more than 131 framework agreements. This move aims to enhance quality, improve cost efficiency, accelerate project execution, and strengthen supply chain control, empowered by greater operational autonomy.
The initiative reinforces Azizi’s commitment to real estate excellence and supports its rapidly growing portfolio of world-class projects across Dubai and beyond.
Out of the total agreements, 110 focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, while the remaining 21 cover civil construction.
With suppliers spanning over 20 countries, Azizi’s framework agreements exemplify a globally integrated procurement model. Around 60% of suppliers are from Europe—including Italy, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom—while approximately 20% are UAE-based. North America and Asia collectively contribute nearly 20% of the supplier base, with most being multinational conglomerates operating across multiple regions, bolstering the strength of Azizi’s supply chains.
Group CEO Farhad Azizi said: “This achievement marks a major milestone in our ongoing efforts to strengthen our direct procurement efforts, enabling us to deliver best-in-class communities across Dubai and beyond. By onboarding more than 131 diverse and highly qualified framework partners, selected through a stringent qualification process, we ensure the consistency, quality, and timeliness that our investors and end-users expect. Our global supplier base reflects our pursuit of excellence, a value central to every project we undertake.”
He added that Azizi’s procurement approach emphasizes innovation, efficiency, and resilience, helping the company set new standards in quality-driven development while contributing to Dubai’s emergence as a global real estate and investment hub.
