Supreme Judiciary Council Launches Digital Judicial Services via WhatsApp Virtual Assistant

The Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) of Qatar has introduced new digital services accessible through WhatsApp, featuring a virtual assistant powered by robotic process automation (RPA). This initiative supports Qatar’s digital transformation goals by modernizing the justice system and enabling fast, smart access to judicial services.

WhatsApp was chosen for its wide public use, offering a simple interface without requiring court portal registration. Services available via WhatsApp number 44597777 include submitting case-related memorandums, checking case status, obtaining judgment copies, session minutes, and next court session dates. The virtual assistant provides 24/7 secure, confidential access linked to users’ national addresses.

This launch represents the first phase of a broader digital transformation aimed at improving judicial service efficiency and litigant experience through AI and automation, reducing reliance on traditional service channels.

Previously, the SJC rolled out e-services like personalized court portal pages, electronic document submission, payment channels, and SMS notifications for judgments. The Council continues advancing toward a fully integrated digital judicial system for faster, accessible justice.
