Batelco by Beyon unveiled its new connectivity solution, Voya, a data roaming eSIM service designed for modern travelers who prioritize staying connected. As the first eSIM service of its kind in Bahrain, Voya is available worldwide to users from any telecom provider, not just Batelco customers.
The launch event, held at City Center and attended by media and Batelco executives, featured a live demonstration of the simple eSIM activation process. Voya allows users to download affordable data roaming plans directly onto their eSIM-compatible devices without needing a physical SIM card, enabling quick, reliable roaming across more than 140 global destinations.
Starting at BD2, users can activate Voya within minutes via the Batelco App or website by simply entering their email address. The service supports seamless switching between multiple networks at their travel destinations, ensuring stronger connectivity and flexibility. As a promotional benefit, Batelco offers complimentary travel insurance to users for a limited time.
