Orange Jordan continues to lead efforts in empowering persons with disabilities through its “Differently Abled, Definitely Enabled” initiative. Recently, the company supported a specialized training program titled “The Art of Dialogue Management,” held at the Orange Digital Village and organized by Al-Ataa Club Sport for the Blind. The training involved over 20 participants with visual impairments.
The program aimed to deepen understanding of the rights of persons with disabilities, particularly visual impairments, while addressing psychological and social challenges. It promoted the use of positive, inclusive language and encouraged a culture of open, constructive dialogue. By fostering collaboration and mutual support, the training reinforced values of equality and social justice.
Participants also engaged in developing digital awareness campaigns and programs. Notably, 20% were selected to collaborate with specialized producers in creating podcast content to deliver impactful messages innovatively.
Through this initiative, Orange Jordan reaffirmed its commitment to digital inclusion and equal opportunity, highlighting its belief that empowering persons with disabilities strengthens societal values of equality and tolerance, contributing to a more inclusive and just community.
