Vodafone Qatar and KAIC Partner to Accelerate AI Innovation in Telecom and Enterprise Sectors

Vodafone Qatar has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Khwarizmi Artificial Intelligence Center (KAIC) Doha WLL, launching a collaboration to advance artificial intelligence innovation across Qatar. The partnership will co-develop and deploy AI-powered solutions based on KAIC’s TENN.ai platform, with a focus on enhancing user experiences, customer satisfaction, and operational agility in both telecommunications and enterprise sectors.

A key initiative under the MoU is the development of FlowTeam, an AI-driven solution tailored to Vodafone Qatar’s evolving client needs. The technology will enable smarter, more personalised customer services and streamline workflows by automating complex tasks, creating significant efficiencies for businesses and consumers alike.

Mohamed Mohsin Alyafei, Enterprise Business Unit Director at Vodafone Qatar, stated that the collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to supporting Qatar’s transformation into a competitive digital economy under Qatar National Vision 2030. “By harnessing AI’s potential, we aim to reshape how businesses engage with their customers and strengthen Qatar’s position as a technology leader,” he said.

Firas Sleiman, Founder of KAIC, emphasized the power of TENN.ai’s super-agentic FlowTeams, which will act as AI employees capable of automating and accelerating work processes. “These smart virtual AI employees will redefine operational agility and deliver unprecedented customer experiences, truly powering Qatar’s digital transformation journey,” he added.

The agreement reinforces Vodafone Qatar’s role as a driver of next-generation digital infrastructure and KAIC’s expertise in AI innovation, marking a pivotal step in positioning Qatar as a regional hub for advanced technologies.
