UAE to Host World’s Largest Media and Creative Industries Gathering: BRIDGE Summit 2025

Abu Dhabi — The UAE National Media Office (NMO) has announced the launch of the BRIDGE Summit, set to take place from December 8–10, 2025, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). Positioned as the world’s largest gathering of leaders in media, cultural, and creative industries, the event will convene global policymakers, creators, investors, and innovators in an unprecedented forum for collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Spanning 1.65 million square feet across six zones and seven content tracks, the summit is expected to attract over 60,000 participants, including creators, producers, artists, publishers, entrepreneurs, investors, universities, and research centres. With more than 400 global speakers and 300 exhibitors, the BRIDGE Summit will form the largest marketplace for media, content, and entertainment worldwide.

Over three days, participants will engage in 300 activities and activations, including 200 panel discussions, 50 workshops, and numerous interactive sessions designed to spark partnerships, develop ecosystems, and accelerate cross-sector innovation.

The summit will cover the entire creative spectrum — from music, cinema, TV, publishing, social media, and performing arts to emerging sectors like gaming, AR/VR, design, architecture, and crafts. Dedicated tracks will include:

  • Media Track: newsroom evolution, social platforms, and distribution models.
  • Creator Economy Track: monetization, fan engagement, and platform tools.
  • Music Track: streaming economies, AI composers, and fan communities.
  • Gaming Track: esports, virtual worlds, and evolving game economies.
  • Tech Track: AI, generative tools, mixed reality, and data futures.
  • Marketing Track: performance ads, influencer strategies, and omni-channel engagement.
  • Picture Track: cinematic technologies, immersive visuals, and streaming originals.

The summit is designed as an open laboratory where ideas translate into scalable projects, supported by production labs, investor connections, and regulator-industry dialogues. It will emphasize sustainability, cultural diversity, and economic growth, aligning with the UAE’s mission to be a hub of positive influence and transformative change.

Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of NMO and the UAE Media Council, described the summit as “a transformative milestone redefining media and creative industries as strategic drivers of development. BRIDGE Summit is more than a gathering — it is a step toward building shared global consciousness that recognizes the lasting influence of content on minds, markets, and the future.”

With initiatives and partnerships expected to emerge from the event, the BRIDGE Summit aims to reshape global frameworks for media and creative industries, reinforce the UAE’s role as a cultural and economic hub, and set new standards for collaboration across borders.
