Ooredoo Group has announced the launch of advanced cybersecurity services in collaboration with Innovatix Systems, reinforcing its commitment to safeguarding customers’ digital assets. The initiative integrates security from the ground up, ensuring seamless digital experiences while addressing the fast-changing threat landscape.
The new offering delivers comprehensive protection through Managed Security Services, 24/7 Security Operations Centers (SOC), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and extended detection and response (XDR). With vendor-agnostic flexibility, real-time monitoring, and incident management, the services are proactive, scalable, and tailored to meet local market requirements.
The rollout has already begun in Qatar, Tunisia, Kuwait, and the Maldives, with expansion to all Ooredoo operating companies expected by the end of 2025. To cater to its diverse customer base, Ooredoo is making these services available in Arabic, English, and French, ensuring consistency across its footprint from Algeria to the Maldives.
Najib Khan, Group Chief Business Services Officer at Ooredoo, highlighted the importance of the initiative: “It is critical that security keeps pace with innovation. With Innovatix, we are extending world-class cybersecurity services — multilingual, scalable, and localized — giving our customers the confidence to innovate securely.”
