Dubai — October 12, 2025:
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has announced its participation in the 45th edition of GITEX Global 2025, highlighting its ongoing digital transformation journey and unveiling several new technology-driven initiatives designed to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience.
Held from October 13–17, 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, GITEX Global brings together global leaders in technology and innovation. The Ministry’s participation, under the platform of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), reflects its vision of creating proactive, user-centric, and innovative services that strengthen institutional agility and intergovernmental collaboration.
MoFA’s digital strategy aligns with national programs such as the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, the UAE Government Excellence Programme, and the UAE Unified Design System—initiatives that promote AI adoption, automation, and citizen-centric governance.
Throughout the exhibition, MoFA will:
- Showcase AI-powered consular and diplomatic services that modernize operations and improve accessibility.
- Sign multiple digital cooperation agreements with UAE government entities to advance interoperability and integrated service delivery.
- Launch new community-focused consular services, coinciding with the Year of Community 2025, aimed at empowering citizens and residents abroad.
- Host a dedicated media session spotlighting its use of AI and advanced technologies in service innovation.
Visitors will also experience interactive digital demonstrations through an electronic interface that allows real-time engagement with the Ministry’s services.
MoFA reaffirmed that these initiatives reinforce its commitment to a human-centric digital government model, positioning people as the cornerstone of the UAE’s progress and prosperity. Its continued presence at GITEX underscores the country’s leadership in digital governance and innovation.
