Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has introduced its latest Wi-Fi 7 access points (APs) in the UAE, offering up to 30% more wireless traffic capacity compared to competing products. These new APs enhance network security and improve location-based services, catering to the needs of enterprise AI, IoT, and security applications.
The announcement, made at HPE Discover Dubai, highlights the company’s Secure AI – Networking portfolio and reinforces HPE Aruba Networking’s leadership in enterprise wireless technology. As an 18-time Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure, HPE continues to innovate with Wi-Fi 7 APs that exceed standard requirements.
The superior performance of these APs is powered by HPE’s patented ultra tri-band hardware technology, which optimizes the 5GHz and 6GHz bands, eliminating unnecessary contention between them. This innovation ensures reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, supporting the region’s rapidly growing tourism and business sectors.
Jacob Chacko, Regional Director for the Middle East & Africa at HPE Aruba Networking, emphasized the significance of this development: “Our Wi-Fi 7 APs will empower our customers in the Middle East and Africa to deliver cutting-edge experiences, from immersive fan engagements to automated manufacturing processes. These APs offer unparalleled performance and can serve as intelligent IoT hubs, securing the network and providing a foundation for business analytics.”
The announcement took place at HPE’s Digital Life Garage in Dubai, a next-generation co-innovation center designed to showcase how transformative technology impacts society. The HPE Aruba Networking 730 Series Campus APs, managed via HPE Aruba Networking Central, are available as part of a subscription service, including options through the HPE GreenLake edge-to-cloud platform.
