Orange Jordan Empowers Youth Through Robotics and Digital Innovation Programs

Amman, November 3, 2025 — Orange Jordan has reaffirmed its commitment to youth empowerment and innovation through a series of training programs hosted at the Fabrication Lab of the Orange Digital Center. The initiatives aim to equip young Jordanians with the technical and creative skills needed to compete in the evolving digital economy.

Among the highlights was a month-long Sumo Robotics Workshop, engaging over 50 students from various universities. The program guided eight teams in building and programming their own robots to compete at Al-Hussein Technical University, with expert-led sessions covering mechanical design, fabrication, and programming strategies.

Additionally, the four-month Graduation Projects Support Program enabled students to develop practical solutions in robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, drones, and surgical robotics. This initiative provided valuable mentorship and technical training to help participants translate their innovative ideas into tangible technologies aligned with market needs.

Orange Jordan emphasized that such programs are integral to its broader mission of bridging education with innovation, fostering creativity, and nurturing the next generation of digital leaders. By combining hands-on learning with advanced technologies, the company continues to strengthen Jordan’s position as a regional hub for innovation and technological development.
