Islamabad, November 10, 2025 — Pakistan’s leading digital operator Jazz reported robust performance for the first nine months of 2025, driven by network expansion, fintech innovation, and the growing adoption of digital platforms. The company invested over PKR 37 billion to enhance network capacity, improve service resilience, and solidify its transformation into a ServiceCo — a next-generation digital services provider.
Jazz’s Q3 2025 revenue grew 14.6% year-on-year, led by strong telecom performance and expanding digital services. Core telecom revenue increased 9.8% YoY, supported by rising data usage and higher customer engagement, while ARPU rose 12.3%. EBITDA grew 27% YoY, with margins improving to 46%.
The company’s 4G user base surpassed 55 million (+11.4%), achieving 75.7% 4G penetration, while multiplay users—those engaging with both telecom and digital products—grew 28.6%, now representing nearly 38% of Jazz’s total base.
Digital platforms remained key growth drivers:
- JazzCash recorded 32.8% revenue growth and reached 20.6 million active users, processing PKR 3.9 trillion in Gross Transaction Value (+57.8% YoY).
- Mobilink Bank achieved 34% revenue growth, driven by digital lending and inclusion programs.
- Tamasha, Jazz’s video streaming app, hit a record 31.8 million monthly active users, boosted by major sporting events and new AI-powered content channels.
- SIMOSA, the self-care app, grew to 21.8 million users, integrating AI-driven automation to manage activations and customer support.
