ARP Digital Holdings has expanded its regional digital asset wealth management offering through new partnerships with DV Trading and its dedicated digital assets arm, Centaur Markets. The move strengthens ARP’s ability to deliver institutional-grade products and deepen global access for investors across digital and traditional markets.
As part of this expansion, ARP has also appointed Anestis Arampatzis as its first Chief Investment Officer to build out its structured product and wealth management capabilities. Arampatzis, previously Co-Head of Centaur Markets, will now serve as Group CIO and Global Head of Assets & Wealth Management at ARP.
Through its partnership with DV Trading, ARP will introduce new structured products across a wide range of digital assets for clients in the Middle East via ARP Digital Bahrain B.S.C., pending regulatory approvals. Centaur Markets will operate as the dedicated liquidity provider and market maker for the new offerings.
Co-CEO Abdulla Kanoo said the partnership marks a major milestone as ARP scales globally: it builds on the successful launch of the region’s first digital-asset-linked structured product in 2024 and strengthens the firm’s ambition to merge digital assets with regulated, institution-focused financial instruments.
Arampatzis noted that demand for regulated digital wealth products in the Middle East is accelerating due to regulatory clarity and increased institutional adoption. The collaboration brings together ARP’s regional network with DV Trading’s strengths in derivatives, risk management and diversified trading strategies, creating a robust platform for sophisticated investors seeking high-quality risk-adjusted returns.
DV Group co-founder Jared Vegosen said the partnership expands DV Trading’s institutional reach and enables broader deployment of its structured product expertise at scale.
