Ooredoo Group partners with Polystar to deploy unified analytics across mobile and fixed networks

Ooredoo Group has signed a framework agreement with Polystar, part of Elisa Industriq, to deploy a unified analytics platform across several of its mobile and fixed broadband networks, consolidating multiple legacy tools into a single AI-enabled system.

The deployment will integrate Polystar’s OSIX Monitoring, Kalix Analytics, and Kalix DataOps capabilities, creating a centralised analytics environment designed to deliver tailored insights for different operational teams across the Group.

Building on an existing relationship spanning Ooredoo operations in Qatar, Kuwait, and Tunisia, the rollout is structured in three phases. The first phase has already delivered a scalable analytics foundation supporting key services, including Ooredoo’s 5G Standalone (SA) network investments.

Subsequent phases will focus on deeper data integration and enrichment through DataOps, followed by the application of AI and machine learning for advanced network assurance use cases. These include performance optimisation, operational efficiency improvements, enhanced customer experience, and stronger data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Ooredoo said the move aligns with its broader strategy to embed AI capabilities across the business while enabling local operating companies to pursue market-specific initiatives within a consistent group-wide framework.
