Abu Dhabi, UAE: G42 and Publicis Sapient have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore the creation of a joint venture focused on accelerating enterprise AI adoption across the UAE and the Global South.
The proposed venture aims to combine G42’s sovereign AI and cloud infrastructure with Publicis Sapient’s enterprise AI platforms and industry transformation expertise. The initiative is designed to help enterprises and governments move beyond AI experimentation toward full-scale deployment and measurable business outcomes.
The joint venture would focus on deploying AI agents at scale and enabling data-driven operations across sectors. Planned service areas include cloud modernization, AI use case development, intelligent agent creation, enterprise software engineering, and end-to-end AI deployment and optimization.
G42 brings its full AI technology stack, spanning sovereign cloud infrastructure, foundation models, AI-native engineering talent, and deployment capabilities across the UAE and emerging markets. Publicis Sapient contributes its enterprise AI platforms, including Sapient Slingshot for software lifecycle acceleration and modernization, and Sapient Bodhi for industry-specific AI agents and orchestration. The company also offers global transformation experience across more than 50 markets.
His Excellency Mansoor Al Mansoori, CEO of G42 International, said the partnership represents the next phase of the company’s AI services platform, combining sovereign infrastructure with global transformation capabilities to deliver scalable, outcome-driven AI solutions.
Nigel Vaz, CEO of Publicis Sapient, said the collaboration will help organizations embed AI into day-to-day operations by combining infrastructure, platforms, and industry-specific expertise to address real business challenges.
Subject to final agreements, the partners expect to formalize commercial and operational structures, with the joint venture targeted for establishment by mid-2026.
