Digital Health, a subsidiary of Sri Lanka’s Dialog Axiata, has launched an innovative AI-powered health scan service, claiming it to be the first of its kind in the country. This tool enables users to monitor vital health indicators, such as blood pressure, heart rate, heart rate variability, and stress levels, directly from their smartphones via the Doc990 App.
The technology developed by Dialog Axiata allows users to keep track of essential health metrics, making health management more accessible and immediate. By providing individuals with real-time health data, the AI scan promotes preventive care and democratizes healthcare, ensuring that advanced technology is available to everyone.
“The introduction of AI-powered health scans is set to transform Sri Lanka’s healthcare landscape, aligning seamlessly with Doc990’s long-term goal of bringing ‘Health at Your Fingertips’ to every Sri Lankan,” said Dialog Axiata in an announcement on Wednesday.
Additionally, the operator noted that this feature has significant potential for corporate applications, including employee wellness and insurance services in Sri Lanka. Dialog Axiata users can now utilize the AI-powered health scan through the Doc990 App.
