5G Launch

Tunisia’s telecommunication companies—Tunisie Telecom, Orange Tunisie, and Ooredo—will begin offering 5G services from mid-February 2025. The companies have completed network upgrades and set up the necessary mechanisms to ensure a smooth transition, in line with ITU standards, marking a significant step in the country’s digital progress.
