Dialog Axiata has expanded its 5G trials to 15 districts across Sri Lanka ahead of the December 2025 spectrum auction. The company’s efforts, including the country’s first VoNR trial and affordable 5G devices, aim to accelerate nationwide readiness for commercial 5G deployment.
Pakistan’s telecom industry and GSMA have urged the government to adopt an investment-friendly approach to the upcoming 5G auction.
