Fawry Acquires Majority Stakes in Three Egyptian Tech Companies to Expand Digital Solutions
Fawry has invested EGP 80 million (USD 1.6 million) to acquire majority stakes in Dirac Systems, Virtual CFO, and Code Zone, strengthening its “Fawry Business” platform. This acquisition enhances Fawry’s digital payment and ERP solutions, supporting Egypt’s digital transformation and the country’s shift toward a cashless economy.
