Arkan Solutions has expanded its PSTN integration services for DHL Express into Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan, building on its earlier rollout in Egypt. The partnership with British Telecom facilitates DHL’s cloud-first contact center strategy across the Middle East, providing compliant, high-quality voice integration tailored to local markets. Additional deployments are scheduled for 2025, supporting DHL’s ongoing digital transformation efforts.
DHL Express has opened a new facility at Muscat International Airport, Oman, investing over US$30.81 million. The state-of-the-art hub features advanced logistics technology, including X-ray screening, smart conveyor systems, and solar panels. This expansion strengthens DHL’s presence in Oman while focusing on environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.
