Abu Dhabi, November 3, 2025 — e& UAE, the flagship telecom arm of global technology group e&, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KredosAi, a human-centered AI platform, to develop an AI-powered personalised communication system designed to enhance customer engagement, empathy, and operational efficiency.
e& UAE and Ericsson have partnered to modernize the UAE’s telecom backbone with cloud-native infrastructure, accelerating 5G, AI, and IoT innovation. Announced at GITEX 2025, the initiative enhances agility, network intelligence, and service monetization in line with the UAE Vision 2031.
e& UAE has partnered with Space42 to explore direct-to-device satellite connectivity through the Equatys joint venture with Viasat. The deal marks e& as Equatys’ first mobile partner, advancing 5G non-terrestrial network innovation, hybrid infrastructure, and secure global connectivity solutions.
Ericsson signed a multi-year deal with e& UAE to upgrade its 5G core network, enabling ultra-low latency, automation, and next-gen services like immersive gaming and mission-critical IoT. The collaboration extends their 2020 partnership, strengthening UAE’s position as a regional 5G innovation hub.
The e&–Honeywell partnership introduces mobile-first, AI-powered 5G solutions that simplify digital transformation for UAE’s SMBs. By fusing e&’s network infrastructure with Honeywell’s industrial intelligence, the initiative empowers local businesses to digitize workflows, enhance safety, and boost operational efficiency.
e& UAE has launched a flexible, end-to-end managed monitoring-as-a-service platform, offering enterprises real-time infrastructure visibility to reduce risk, maintain continuity, and improve operational control. The modular service can be tailored to industry needs through strategic partnerships.
e& has introduced Monitoring-as-a-Service in the UAE, offering real-time infrastructure insights, early fault detection, and industry-tailored solutions to enhance operational resilience and business continuity.
e& UAE has been named the World’s Fastest Mobile Network for 2025 by Ookla, achieving this honor for the fourth time. The company also earned titles for the fastest 5G and fixed broadband networks in the GCC.
e& UAE, Nokia, and MediaTek demonstrated the Middle East’s first six-component carrier aggregation in 5G SA, delivering 5.8 Gbps speeds by combining 400 MHz of mid-band spectrum. The breakthrough boosts 5G network performance and supports the UAE’s leadership in next-generation connectivity.
