G42 and Publicis Sapient have signed an MoU to explore launching a joint venture focused on AI-first enterprise services across the UAE and Global South. The venture would combine sovereign AI infrastructure with industry-specific platforms to accelerate large-scale AI deployment and measurable digital transformation outcomes.
The US approval of advanced AI chip exports to G42 marks a major acceleration of the UAE–US AI corridor, boosting initiatives like the Stargate UAE 1-GW compute cluster and expanding collaborations with top American technology firms. The decision strengthens bilateral trust and supports secure, scalable AI infrastructure across both countries.
