Ncell has launched new unlimited voice and data packs in Nepal, starting at under Rs 30 per day. The packs offer affordable options for voice calls and data usage, with high-volume plans available for heavy users. The initiative aims to make connectivity more accessible and affordable for Ncell customers.
The Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) will grant 5G licenses to NTC and Ncell within a week of receiving applications. Both companies are ready to launch 5G services, with NTC already conducting trials. The rollout is expected to begin soon, bringing faster internet speeds and advanced mobile connectivity to Nepal.

The rating highlights Ncell’s steady profitability, strong management, and effective cost control strategies. The telco maintains a dominant market share in data services.
Ncell has earned the ISO 27001:2022 (ISMS) and ISO 27701:2019 (PIMS) certifications, becoming the first telecom company in Nepal to achieve both. These certifications reinforce Ncell’s commitment to data security and privacy management, ensuring customer trust and demonstrating its dedication to continuous improvement and industry excellence.
Ncell has partnered with the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) to power the Siddharth Bank Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2024, contributing to the development of Nepal’s cricketing talent. This collaboration supports Ncell’s commitment to sports and aims to enhance the tournament’s reach through live screenings and fan activations.
