Oman has unveiled its first AI and Advanced Technologies Zone in Muscat, a $265 million project led by Afouq Developments and Egypt’s Prime Group in collaboration with MTCIT. Spanning 100,000 square meters, the hub will attract global startups and drive Oman Vision 2040’s goals of digital transformation and economic diversification.
