The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) conducted a QoS survey across 15 cities and 8 highways to assess the performance of Cellular Mobile Operators. While operators largely met broadband speed standards, some voice KPIs were below the licensed threshold. PTA has directed corrective actions to improve service quality.
