UAEU has successfully launched its first satellite, “Al Ain Sat-1,” marking a historic achievement in space exploration. Developed in collaboration with the IEEE and GRSS, the satellite enhances remote sensing capabilities and supports sustainable development. The project also empowers students to develop small satellites and foster international collaboration.
Bahrain’s National Space Science Agency (NSSA) has partnered with BRS Labs to offer online space science training for students. The initiative, which aims to develop skills in remote sensing and satellite technology, will provide over 100 students with industry-grade software and professional certification, contributing to Bahrain’s growing space science capabilities.
