Dialog Axiata integrated Sri Lanka’s GovPay platform into its eZ Cash service, enabling nationwide government service payments through over 55,000 retail outlets and advancing financial inclusion and digital government access.
Dialog Axiata has integrated Sri Lanka’s GovPay platform into its eZ Cash network, allowing citizens to pay for government services at more than 55,000 retail outlets nationwide. The move expands access to public payments, supports financial inclusion, and strengthens the reach of digital government services across all regions.
Dialog Axiata has partnered with Starlink to deliver high-speed satellite internet across Sri Lanka, targeting underserved and remote regions. As an authorised Starlink agent, Dialog will provide low-latency connectivity alongside enterprise-grade support, strengthening national digital inclusion and expanding access beyond traditional network coverage.
Sri Lanka has launched commercial 5G services after awarding spectrum licences to Dialog Axiata and SLT Mobitel. Dialog has already activated over 220 5G sites, committed $100 million in network expansion, and partnered with Starlink to extend broadband access, strengthening the country’s digital infrastructure and inclusion.
