Oman’s Ministry of Health has launched the TeleStroke initiative, connecting five hospitals with SQUH and Khoula Hospital to deliver urgent treatments like thrombolysis via telemedicine. The program reduces delays for patients outside Muscat, supports local medical teams, and is set to expand nationwide to strengthen stroke care.
