Manama, November 3, 2025 — The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) has announced its support for Havelock One, one of Bahrain’s leading interior design and manufacturing firms, to adopt advanced Industry 4.0 technologies, reinforcing the Kingdom’s industrial transformation goals. The announcement was made during the Gateway Gulf Investment Forum 2025, underscoring Bahrain’s push toward smart manufacturing and digital innovation.
Tamkeen has added DOO, an AI-powered Bahraini platform, to its Digital Enablement Programme, enabling SMEs to access advanced AI tools for automation, analytics, and customer engagement—strengthening Bahrain’s drive toward digital growth and sustainability.
Tamkeen, Bahrain’s Labor Fund, is dedicated to strengthening the private sector as the driver of national growth. Through programs in entrepreneurship, workforce skills, and economic participation, it supports diversification, competitiveness, and innovation, ensuring sustainable opportunities for businesses and individuals alike.
Tamkeen has launched the Digital Enablement Program to accelerate SME digitisation and productivity. Through accredited or self-selected providers, enterprises can adopt digital tools that improve efficiency, competitiveness, and job creation—supporting Bahrain’s 2025 priorities of growth, sustainability, and citizen empowerment in the private sector.
StartUp Bahrain hosted its latest Pitch series with Tamkeen and partners, awarding Wajba first place and Jaras second.
