e& PPF Telecom Group has acquired Serbia Broadband (SBB) for €825 million, enhancing its telecommunications footprint in Central Eastern Europe. This acquisition will integrate SBB with e&’s existing mobile services in Serbia, creating a leading converged operator. The deal also includes the sale of SBB’s satellite operations to Telekom Srbija.
