This top ranking among 39 digital platforms showcases its significant user satisfaction and technological proficiency.
This platform was evaluated across four main perspectives and twenty detailed criteria, with feedback from over 175,000 users contributing to its high satisfaction rating. The app has effectively managed numerous interactions, including 1.2 billion messages, 10 million card reviews, and over 650 million digital wallet reviews, demonstrating its widespread utility and acceptance.
Aligned with the Saudi leadership’s vision for advanced technology adoption and digital transformation, Tawakkalna has become an essential tool for daily activities in Saudi Arabia. Its comprehensive service offerings include health, education, religion, transportation, and entertainment, helping to integrate various government services into a single, streamlined platform.
With a user base exceeding 32 million, including Saudi citizens, residents, and international visitors like Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, the app supports multiple languages and is accessible in 77 countries. It has also undergone significant evolution since its launch in 2022, transforming into a more integrated platform for government services by 2023, complete with a new identity and user-friendly design.
The app’s success is highlighted by several local and international awards, including the prestigious United Nations Public Service Award for institutional flexibility and responsiveness. This recognition underlines Saudi Arabia’s commitment to leading in technological advancements and data and artificial intelligence applications, positioning Tawakkalna as a pivotal element in the nation’s digital ecosystem.
