Morocco-based SaaS provider Userguest has raised $2.4 million in a Seed funding round led by Al Mada Ventures, with participation from CDG Invest, Saviu Ventures, UM6P Ventures, Kalys VC, Plug & Play, and notable business angels Philippe Limes and Thane Kuhlman.
Founded in 2018 by Ahmed Chami, Assil Bernossi, and Hicham Benyebdri, Userguest offers an automated tool that helps hotels optimize their direct revenue by curating personalized messages and intelligent incentives for website visitors. The startup has quickly established itself as a leader in hotel revenue optimization, attracting the attention of major investors.
The new funding will be used to strengthen Userguest’s sales team and expand its presence in key markets, as well as drive product innovation. Co-founder Hicham Benyebdri emphasized the importance of this investment, stating, “This funding reflects our investors’ trust in our vision to enhance hotel performance and enrich the user experience for both hoteliers and travelers.”
