His Majesty King Abdullah II has honored Orange Jordan with the “EFQM Recognized Excellence” certificate, achieving a prestigious 5-star rating during the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence ceremony held on September 30th at the Cultural Palace in Al Hussein Youth City. The event was attended by HRH Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II and His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Hussein. The award was presented to Philippe Mansour, CEO of Orange Jordan.
Orange Jordan is the first telecommunications company in both the Middle East and Jordan to receive the “EFQM Recognized for Excellence” certificate, reflecting high standards as per the EFQM Excellence Model.
Mansour expressed that the royal recognition is a significant source of pride for Orange Jordan and underscores the company’s commitment to excellence. Receiving the “EFQM Recognized for Excellence” certificate through the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence (KACE) celebrates the hard work of its employees, whose dedication has made this achievement possible.
He further stated that this recognition from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) inspires Orange Jordan to continue emphasizing best practices in development, service quality, and customer satisfaction, highlighting the team’s collective commitment and reinforcing the company’s values of continuous improvement and innovation.
It is important to note that a panel of experts evaluated and reviewed Orange Jordan’s application to ensure compliance with the EFQM 2020 Excellence Model. This review included assessing strategy performance and dissemination, aligning with the administrative framework, and culminating in one of the most prestigious certificates awarded to top-performing companies adopting exemplary business models.
